\n* BEL. Antwerp Court. the Delmare court case takes place. Johan Rood appears due to the result of the May 17th raid. Radio Delmare was raided because a complaint via the London RAD control. The complaint is taken very seriously by the judge until Johan Rood succeeds in disproving the complaint. He brings a World Radio & TV Handbook and convinces the judge that several international broadcasters are using the frequency range 6200-6210 kHz (often with much higher powers than Delmare). Johan also mentions the Belgian RTT had been using 6225 less than 2 years ago, illegally! In the end only one complaint is left over: illegal broadcasting for which a much smaller than expected fine is imposed. Johan starts working on a return, which unfortunately never becomes reality.
