Radio Joystick 7330 Khz

So wie es aussieht, ist JOY im nächsten Jahr wieder auf der “Stammfrequenz” 7330 kHz zu hören. Somit kommt auch ORS mit der Sendestelle Moosbrunn und der drehbaren logarithmisch-periodischen Antenne (270°) und 100 Kilowatt wieder zu alten Ehren!

After a long time of absence – WE ARE BACK ON THE AIR AGAIN!

Shortwaveradio.de kindly gave us the possibility to be on air again with our shows via their transmitters located somewhere in Northern Germany.

If you would like to try to catch our programmes, EVERY SUNDAY starting on on December 18th, 2022, from about 09.00 to 10.00 UTC would be a good time to give us a listen. Try the 49 metre band shortwave on 6160 kHz!

However, please note that our QSL policy is not entirely new: RECEPTION REPORTS BY E-MAIL ARE NO LONGER CONFIRMED ANY LONGER! EVEN REPORTS VIA SDR RECEIVERS WILL BE REJECTED AND NOT ANSWERED.
Incoming e-mail messages will neither be read nor answered!

BUT: In the future ONLY correct “snail-mail” reports with sufficient return postage will be answered with our unique paper printed QSL-cards! Thanks for your understanding and have a great time! Yours truly

Amazon Echo Smart Speaker owners can now use a dedicated Radio Caroline Album Service ‘Skill’ (App) to listen. Using our Skill ensures that you get to the station you want to listen to with no risk of another station playing in error.

As the popularity of smartspeakers has grown over the past few years, we find many more listeners are using them to listen to Radio Caroline at home rather than a pop-up player on a computer.

Amazon normally uses the TuneIn radio station catalogue to find radio stations, and as many have discovered, this can be somewhat hit or miss, often returning the wrong station. An Alexa Skill prevents that by tying a specific invocation like ‘Alexa, play Radio Caroline’ to our audio stream.
To access the Radio Caroline skill say to your Amazon device “Alexa*, enable Radio Caroline skill.”
Thereafter, you’ll be able to say “Alexa*, play Radio Caroline” or “Alexa*, open Radio Caroline” and your device will play us.

* or your chosen wake-up word.

KL85 zeezendertijd

December, the most beautiful time of the year. We zitten volop in de eindejaarsperiode en zo ook bij de Zeezendernacht voor de komende 2 weken. We komen aan met de Kerstman bij de mi amigo en blijven daar tot 5u om dan samen met de kerstman kerst te gaan vieren bij Britain radio.
