29 Jul. 1980 GBR. London, the Evening News publishes a feature on Free Radio stations in London, (concentrating on Radio Free London’s Nigel Grant, photographed on the roof of a tower block) on Sundays; the following stations are noted: –

As a side note…
I have had some people asking what Pete Davis’ station was called. I am not prepared to say here; it used the name of a station that was no longer involved with free radio, and it would be wrong to use that name here, or anywhere else.
Suffice it to say that Pete had become increasingly unstable and after I had received a letter from that station after replaying one show, when RFM were raided, while getting Argus staff in to cover the otherwise ‘dead air’, asking me not to do so again as they were trying to be ‘legal’.
I only had the one tape so it was no problem, but passed the letter on to the Cornish station as I knew Pete had lots of tapes of that station.
Whether this was a contributory factor in what followed I am not sure, but it was top of the list for the Cornish station to get him off the air and not just to recover their stolen rigs.
