Recording sounds to me like somebody remixing old tape material. Note Wuppertal-dropbox inactive for years now.

Indeed mysterious station. This station was heard also in Spain, N.Ireland and Canada. At that time long skip occurred so I suppose stations QTH was located inside France-England-Germany triangle.
