An unidentified dutch station is on around 6295 Khz at 1155 Utc with SINPO 14322 in Ireland. Seemed to be have signed on after close down of Radio Zodiac. Plays some pop-music. May be it is Westcoast Radio or Radio Rob 007, but too weak to identify.
