Someone is in QSO with Radio Shadowman on 6285 Khz at 1000 Utc. SINPO 23433, it is a dutch station and seems to be a new one for me. Have not figured out station name. Listening to the off-air recording reveals station name something like Radio Cicero. Listen at 070610cicero.mp3.
