It is interesting you are getting such a big signal via the UK web receiver. I wonder if it is because it located nearer Scotland than I am. Here WMR is about S8-9.
The SINPOs for Laser and Underground are similiar to my observations.
Peak value was S=9+40dB and mainly it had S=9+20dB. At home I have no reception on 3910 Khz and 6400 Khz seems to be not on or it is the bad 48m band propagation.
