Spotted this from Dutch pirate Cupid Radio: "On Sunday 10 Oct 0730 UTC Cupid Radio will test on 15070 or 15075 MHz with around 500W and a 3 element beam. Pointed directly towards Japan. There is a DX expedition in Japan this weekend, so special for those guys in the east."
