21 May 1972 GBR. Liverpool. 217m, described as ‘somewhere between 1385 and 1389 kHz’. MW. Radio Free Liverpool is on air today, mentioning a raid that took place a week or so earlier.
21 May 1978 GBR. London. 6265 kHz SW. European Music Radio [EMR] is on air today
21 May 1984 GBR. Sheffield. 103.8 FM. Sheffield Peace Radio is busted. It had used a 12-watt rig and had put out left wing political programmes.
