Listen to an unidentified dutch station on 6305 Khz at 1525 Utc on around 6305 Khz with SINPO 22432 in Sweden. Plays dutch music but strong utility interference make reception almost impossible. At 1545 Utc the utility interference is gone and station arrives with SINPO 44444 in Sweden. So far no announcement. Station signed off at 1550 Utc.

Listen to an unidentifed dutch station on 1620 Khz at 2020 Utc with SINPO 43433 in Sweden. Plays some dutch music and seems to be doing a QSO. No clear station name.

Radio Rainbow

According to UKdxer the new frequency for the 24 hours operation of Radio Rainbow is 6250 Khz. At 1620 Utc I can only hear North-Korea on 6250 Khz. 6250 Khz is also used by other legal stations. I think it is a better idea to use an out of 48 metre band frequency for 24 hours operation.
