According to UKdxer the new frequency for the 24 hours operation of Radio Rainbow is 6250 Khz. At 1620 Utc I can only hear North-Korea on 6250 Khz. 6250 Khz is also used by other legal stations. I think it is a better idea to use an out of 48 metre band frequency for 24 hours operation.

Zender Digital is on 1647 Khz at 1750 Utc with SINPO 43433 in Sweden. Other stations in the QSO are Radio Nachtparade and Radio Armada. Radio Armada is on 1647 Khz at 1755 Utc with SINPO 54444 in Sweden. Another unidentified station joins the QSO at 1758 Utc on 1647 Khz.
