Etherpiraten.com is a huge site for the dutch pirate radio scene. You have to register and then there is a lot information on upcoming and past pirate radio festivals. Also live pirate radio streams are online and there is a huge forum where the FM-scene meets.

Flux FM is on 6290 Khz at 0945 Utc with SINPO 33443 S=7. Plays some dutch music and Schlager. Email-address is info(@)fluxfm.nl. Station is again active after some months of break. Some in-house electrical interference on 6290 Khz make reception not easy.
Relays via Latvia Radio Neptun International

Hear an UNID dutch station on 6251 Khz at 1350 Utc with SINPO 34444 S=8. Plays some dutch music and advertisements, e.g. IPS International. Seems to be a relay of a FM-pirate. So far no clear identification heard.
This afternoon also pirate radio on 6210 Khz, 6300 Khz and 6326 Khz at 1400 Utc.
